Enpass Browser Extensions

Enpass Browser extensions work in conjunction with the desktop application for auto-filling usernames, passwords, credit cards, and identities on the web pages. It also lets you generate strong & unique passwords, saves new logins to avoid the copy/paste details between the main app and browser, and a lot more.

Setting Up Enpass Sync

You can set Enpass to synchronize through your cloud account. Sync creates an automatic back-up over the cloud, keeping passwords on all your devices up to date, and makes it possible to restore your private data in case a device is lost or stolen.

To set up synchronization:

  1. Click on the gear icon at the top-right of the window to open the Enpass Settings menu

  2. Choose Vaults

  3. If you have multiple vaults, you may also need to choose one from the following screen.

  4. Click the Set up Sync button

  5. Choose the “WebDAV” option

  6. Enter the following information in the WebDAV set up form:
  7. Name

    Value

    URL

    https://cloud.example.com/remote.php/webdav/

    Username

    Your account username

    Password

The app password for this device (rather than your account password)

  8. Finally, click Connect (at the lower right)
